常州科教（jiāo）城（chéng）現代工業中（zhōng）心簡（jiǎn）介

　　常州科教城現代工業中（zhōng）心（xīn）是（shì）在常州市科教城管委會的統籌規劃、政策（cè）引導（dǎo）和組織推（tuī）進下，由政府和（hé）學（xué）校、企業三方共（gòng）同建設的共享實訓基（jī）地，集實訓教學、社會培訓、考證競賽、技術服務、真實生產等多種功能於（yú）一體，是全國首家能（néng）“自主運行、自我造血、自負盈虧”的區域綜合性產教融合型共享實訓基地。

　　2006年，工業中（zhōng）心一（yī）期基本建成並投入使用。建（jiàn）築麵積10.2萬平（píng）方米（mǐ），裝（zhuāng）備投入2.5億元，建成機械加工技（jì）術、數控技術、模具（jù）技術等17個實訓基地。

　　2021年，工業（yè）中心（xīn）二期完（wán）成（chéng）建設，按照政、校、企1:1:1的資金籌措方式，裝備投入近2.4億元，集中新建（jiàn）、改造、提升了智能（néng）製造、數字創（chuàng）意、大數據與人工智能等10個實訓基地共80個實訓區。

　　目前，現代工業中心擁有機械加工（gōng）技術、數控技術、機器人技術、應用電（diàn）子技（jì）術（shù）、模具技術（shù）、數字創（chuàng）意（yì）、服裝技術、焊接及檢測技（jì）術、智能製造技術實訓基地（dì）、建（jiàn）築智能化技（jì）術、精（jīng）密機械製造（zào）技術、數字化管理、大數據（jù）與人工智能、網絡互聯與信息安（ān）全、汽車技術、印（yìn）刷技術等16個實訓基地，以（yǐ）及中德智能製造雙跨培（péi）訓中心、博世力士樂現代液（yè）壓技術實訓中心、費（fèi）斯托現代氣動技術實訓中（zhōng）心、北京精雕CNC加工技術實訓中心、奇點3D打印創新體驗中心等5個校企共建實訓中心（xīn）。

　　常州科教城現代工業中心秉承“聯合共建（jiàn）、統籌管理、內外開放（fàng）、充分共享”的（de）理念, 實行“共建（jiàn）、共有、共管、共享、共贏”的建設與（yǔ）管理運行思路、“理事會（huì）—管理中心—項目管理團隊”的（de）三級管理運行體製、“政府專項、學校（xiào）共籌、企業投入、自我造血”的經費籌措（cuò）方（fāng）式，實現了優質教育資（zī）源（yuán）的集聚、集約（yuē）、開放、共享。自建成以（yǐ）來，現代工業中心（xīn）每年接（jiē）受學生實訓4.3萬人(每人（rén）實訓時（shí）長2-7周)、516萬人時（shí）、 64.5萬人日（rì），接受企業和社會培訓1.7萬人;承擔國（guó）家、省、市各級各類職業技能大賽，並開展考級考證和產學研合作等各類綜合性服務，為常州高職教育創新發展和經濟社（shè）會發展發揮了積極作用。

　　常州科教城現代工業中心是常（cháng）州市高技能人（rén）才培養基地，同時也（yě）是省級（jí）中小學生（shēng）現代（dài）製（zhì）造技術職業體驗（yàn）中心，2022年5月榮獲“常州市五一勞動獎狀（zhuàng）”。

　　常州科教城（chéng）現代工業中心為全國（guó）區域綜合（hé）性產教融合型（xíng）共享實訓基地的建設與管（guǎn）理運行提供了可借鑒的範本。國家發改委、國家教育（yù）部等部委（wěi）多次前來專（zhuān）題調研，國內29個省（shěng）市1150批次、國外52批次教（jiāo）育代表團前來參觀（guān）學習;經驗被（bèi）天津海河教育園區、浙江寧波高教園區、湖南株（zhū）洲職（zhí）教園區、山東章丘高職教育基地、雲南安（ān）寧職教園區和上海（hǎi）、湖南、廣西、寧夏（xià）等20多地借鑒和應用。

Introduction of Modern Industry Center in Changzhou Science and Education Town

　　The Modern Industry Center is a shared training base jointly built by the government, vocational colleges and enterprises under the overall planning, policy guidance, organization and promotion from Changzhou Science and Education Town, which integrates practical teaching, social training, certification and competitions, technology services, field production and other functions in one center. It is the first regional comprehensive shared training base which integrating enterprises with vocational schools in China that can be capable of self-operation, self-motivation and self-financing.

　　In 2006, the first phase of the Modern Industry Center was basically completed and put into use. The building area is 102,000 square meters with an investment of 250 million in equipment and 17 practical training base including machining technology, numerical control technology, mold technology,etc.

　　In 2021, the second phase was completed. The equipment investment of 240 million raised from the government, schools and enterprises in accordance with the 1:1:1 funding method, focusing on new construction, renovation and upgrading of 10 training bases and 80 training areas covering intelligent manufacturing, digital creativity, digital management, network interconnection and information security, big data and artificial intelligence.

　　The Modern Industry Center has been constructed with 16 practical training bases covering machining technology, numerical control technology, robotics technology, applied electronics technology, mold technology, digital creativity, garment technology, welding and testing technology, intelligent manufacturing, intelligent building, precision machinery manufacturing, digital management, big data and artificial intelligence, network interconnection and information security, automobiles technology, printing technology as well as 5 college-enterprise training centers including Sino-German Bilateral Training Center for Smart Manufacturing, Bosch Rexroth Hydraulic Technology Training Center, Festo Pneumatic Technology Training Center, Beijing JINGDIAO CNC Machining Technology Training Center, QIDIAN 3D Printing Innovation Experience Center.

　　The Modern Industry Center in Changzhou Science and Education Town adheres to the concept of "joint construction, overall management, internal and external opening, sufficient sharing" , and implements the thinking of "co-construction, co-ownership, co-management, sharing, and win-win". Under the three-level management and operation system of "council, management center  and project team", the Modern Industry Center have realized the gathering, intensification, openness and sharing of high-quality educational resources by the funding method of "government specific projects, co-financing with schools, investment from enterprises, and self-financing". The Modern Industry Center has provided practical training for 43,000 students each year (2-7 weeks of training for one student), totally up to 5.16 million hours, 645,000 students, and carried out 17,000 training sessions for enterprises and the society. The Modern Industry Center has also held types of vocational skill competitions at national, provincial and municipal levels, and provided comprehensive services such as examinations and certification as well as industry-university-research cooperation , etc. The center have played a positive role in the innovative development of higher vocational education and economic and social development in Changzhou.

　　The Modern Industrial Center of Changzhou Science and Education Town is the training base of high skilled talents in Changzhou, and it is also the vocational experience center of modern manufacturing technology for primary and secondary school students at the provincial level. In May 2022, it won the "Changzhou may day labor Award".

　　The Modern Industry Center in Changzhou Science and Education Town provides a reference for the construction, management and operation of the regional comprehensive shared training base which integrating enterprises with vocational schools in the country. National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China and other ministries and commissions have visited the center for many times. There have been 1,150 batches of domestic education delegations from 29 provinces and cities and 52 batches of foreign education delegations coming for visit and study. Experience from the Modern Industry Center has been referred and applied in more than 20 places including Haihe Education Park in Tianjin, Ningbo Higher Education Park in Zhejiang province, Zhuzhou Vocational Education Park in Hunan province, Zhangqiu Higher Vocational Education Base in Shandong province, Anning Vocational Education Park in Yunnan province, and Shanghai, Hunan, Guangxi, Ningxia, etc.
